Refund Policy & Refund Method

General Refund Terms

  • Full Refund Eligibility:
    A full refund or credit will be provided only if the booking is cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • Late Cancellations (Less than 12 hours):
    Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable. No credit or reschedule will be offered unless under exceptional circumstances (see below).

  • Last-Minute Bookings:
    Bookings cannot be made within 24 hours of the session start time. This ensures fair access and consistent scheduling for all users.
     

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Credit may also be applied to the user’s account for future bookings, upon request.

Refund Conditions by User Type

  • Must cancel 12+ hours in advance to receive a refund.

  • Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable.

  • Individual Members & Club Members:

  • Eligible for full refund or reschedule if cancelling 12+ hours in advance.

  • Club representatives are responsible for managing multi-lane bookings and cancellations.

  • Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable.

  • Coach Access Pass Holders:

  • Must cancel 12+ hours in advance to qualify for a full refund or reschedule.

  • Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable, including multiple session blocks.

No-Show Policy, Late Arrival Policy & Exceptional Circumstances

  • No-shows (failure to attend a session without cancellation notice) will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking fee.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges at the discretion of management.

  • Lane bookings start and end at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival time.

  • Late arrivals will not be granted extensions or refunds.

  • If the user has not arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the booking may be released and considered a no-show.

  • In case of emergencies (e.g. medical issues, accidents, severe weather), refund or credit exceptions may be made.

  • Requests must be submitted in writing to: [insert contact email], ideally with supporting documentation.

  • All exceptions are granted at the discretion of Advanced Cricket Academy management.
