PAUL MOUNT

ECB Level 2 Coach

Paul is ECB level 2 qualified and part of the Coaches Association.

He started playing as a junior at Upminster CC and represented the Essex Schools teams through the age groups.

He studied at University in Twickenham where he represented the University.

He now plays his cricket at North Weald CC and captains their second eleven, which allows him to assist the club's junior cricketers coming through into adult cricket.

He oversees the softball section for both boys and girls at North Weald and works closely with the batters and spinners in the hardball section across all age groups.

Since qualifying as a level 2 coach, he has rewritten how his club delivers training and has engaged with the local community, providing after school clubs for the entire summer term, regularly coaching over 100 children every week in a dun and engaging environment.

PAUL'S COACHING RATE: £45 per hour (includes the net)
